Produced from environmentally harvested old olive trees, from Tunisia and Kenya, which are replaced by younger trees when they become unproductive. All the woodware is hand made in a rustic country style. Edges may not be even and sizes vary from piece to piece. On some pieces the old bark has been left in. The beautiful natural grain enhances the look of food, fruit etc.
Care instructions Keep away from heat and damp. Wash in hot water, perhaps with washing up liquid, but do not use any abrasive material and do not soak. Not dishwasher safe.
